About
Born in Dayton, Ohio, Charlie Carroll is proof that obstacles aren’t roadblocks—they’re launchpads. Raised by relentless entrepreneurs who turned challenges into opportunities, he learned early that work isn’t just about making money; it’s about creating something bigger than yourself. His parents, shaped by tough upbringings, trauma, and undiagnosed learning disabilities, passed down more than a work ethic. They instilled resilience, vision, and the courage to act.
Charlie didn’t just inherit their drive. He also got ADHD and dyslexia—conditions that could have slowed him down but instead turned into superpowers. When you see the world differently, you innovate. You spot the gaps. And that’s exactly what Charlie did. Over the years, he’s built more than 50 businesses, secured a patent, and created solutions before most people even realized there was a problem.
Soccer was Charlie’s first arena for impact. In high school, he wasn’t just an athlete; he was a leader. Full scholarships to top universities were on the table, but he chose the road less traveled—training with the adidas Soccer Academy and its Elite Soccer Program (ESP). He played under world-class coaches, nearly making the U.S. team for the 2000 Sydney Olympics. But something bigger was calling.
At the adidas Academy, Charlie had what he calls a “God encounter.” A moment so profound, it shifted everything. That experience planted the seeds for BodyGarage Dayton—a wellness boutique that helps people unlock healing in ways science can’t fully explain. Infertility reversed. Generational trauma released. It’s not just about health; it’s about transformation.
His entrepreneurial streak didn’t stop there. From founding Messengers of Mercy Ministries to launching a multiple companies to include an online wine business, and multiple restaurants, Charlie has a habit of turning ideas into impact. He built Table 33, a farm-to-table restaurant in Dayton, not just to serve great food but to serve people—especially those rebuilding their lives. His Trauma Safe initiative and Poverty Alleviation Program gained national recognition because they weren’t just theories; they worked.
And then there’s ASET Corporation, the security consulting firm he took over from his father in 2005. Charlie has worked with giants—General Motors, Coca-Cola, Walmart, Harley Davidson—helping keep businesses safe and secure. He spends over 150 days a year on the road, making sure the best in the world stay protected.
Recently, he’s been bringing Table 33 into the heart of Dayton’s historic arcade, a full-circle moment that embodies everything he’s about—revival, innovation, and community.
But wait—because of course, Charlie isn’t done. His latest venture, Psycho Seltzer, is shaking up the beverage industry. It’s the world’s first pseudo-psychedelic seltzer, designed to give you a buzz without the baggage. Fun, fresh, and ahead of its time—just like Charlie himself.
Charlie Carroll isn’t just an entrepreneur. He’s a builder, a creator, and a guy who refuses to accept the status quo. He sees what’s possible before the rest of the world catches up. And if history is any indication, whatever he does next is going to be big.
